On a G5 dual 2.7 in Leopard 10.5.2 & now in 5.3 the script takes a very long time to launch then a long time to back up 1 item (Prefs) and a very long time to trash databases. It gets right up there with Permissions on a PPC.
Very responsive in tiger though!
I get the same with leopard but on tiger its great

Default A new version, 2.2

A new version is here

There is now 3 different versions for 10.3, 10.4, 10.5. I don't know if it will cure the speed problem.

Added a new button for "ByHost/com.apple.MIDI.xxxx.plist" for those who have problems with MIDI control surfaces.

And I have a new Web address:www.jcdeshaies.com

Thank you again for this app.

But sorry to say that the speed problem is not solved underLeopard (both on Intel and PPC)

On my system it start in 10 sec under 10.5.4.

How many files are in your preferences folder? (I have around 230 files)

I think the problem is linked to the number of files in the preferences folder.

Hey, I've perused this thread a couple times over the year or whatever and don't remember much of it, but I am going to go download the app for 10.3 for my newly assembled G4 MDD DP 867 Mix System. (PT TDM 6.4.1, Mix Core and DSP Farm) Also running Waves Platinum Native 5.0 on this.

Any forseeable issues or anything in particular I need to do?

I'll read the Read Me if there is one.

I'd hate to be on a live gig with it and jack something up!

Thank you
