Change the automaticly set outputs

By circumstance my monitors are connected via the C|24 to output 7/8 of my DIGI192 interface. If a make a new track in my project Protools automaticly sets the output on 1/2. Is there a way to change this to 7/8?

Go to the I/O Setup window and change the "Default Output" in the bottom left to analog 7/8.

You can specify the default Output path assignment for new tracks, in each available format.
To specify a default Output in the I/O Setup window:
• Select a format and Output path from the Default Output Selector.
