Questions about Samplecell

I have a PT 24 system with a Power Mac 9600/350. I am looking at adding a sampler to my system, and was considering Samplecell as a great alternative. Now, I see that they sell the card Samplecell II (with the TDM piggyback) and Soft Samplecell II. can someone please tell em what the pros and the cons are for each one? I couldn't find this on the website. If you can post your reply or e-mail me, I'd appreciate it.
