I didn't add any answer to it because I'm also looking for the answer. I don't know it. This thread is what comes up when you google how to change the time signature in Pro Tools. Maybe you can provide the answer, Sardi?

Loads of information and videos on how to do it and as already mentioned, the reference manual is your friend.

The videos will be the quickest way I guess if you just want a visual crash course.
