I just bought a new MBox 2 w¿that came with PT 7.3 and...

A) I would get a hold of the seller as they should have included 7.4 B) I would get a hold of Digi customer service and explain it to them. The upgrade offer was for new hardware purchases that shipped with 7.4. I presume that you would be covered if it was new hardware with 7.3 after the PT news release and upgrade offer.

One question that I forgot to ask regarding this: When I registered my MBox today (I bought it yesterday) I accidentally typed 16 Dec 2008 instead of 18 Dec 2008 and when I checked I didn't notice the mistake but then I was taken to a page where it said that the purchase had been made on December 16th (My receipt says Dec-18th-2008).

Does this affect my elegibility somehow? If so I could fax you guys the receipt or something..

Hey folks, I also wanna make sure that i'm gonna recieve the free upgrade, I've purchased MBox2 coming with 7.3 in the box, when I registered it I got free 7.4 upgrade, all I know from digi's web that if I register on or after 3rd october I'll recieve free upgrade to 8, this is an email from digi:
