Default WHAT HAPPENED TO DUY ????

Has DUY gone ut of business?

does anyone have DUY HD-version plugins?

I have been emailing them for over a week, with no response. I now have HD running, and MUST get those plugins.

Any ideas / info / suggestions?

1 week with no response is not uncommon for companies based in a lot of european countries.

DUY is in Spain, are you sure they're not on siesta(sp?) or something else like that where the whole country takes mornings and afternoons off for a whole month?

Have you tried calling them? They're number is listed on the DigiDevelopers site.

I've found people often find exactly what they were looking for.

p.s. - actually it's not "pure" BS.

Digidesign distributes the DUY product line and they are all very, very available!

All DUY products have been commercially available for Pro Tools|HD since last February. All run at 96K. All except DSPider, ReDSPider and SynthSpider run at 192K.

You can learn more about the DUY products in two places:

Digidesign's web site: http://www.digidesign.com/products/prd_list.cfm?type=sw
DUY's web site: http://www.duy.com

Thanks,

Ed

Guy,

Thanks, but as I said, I can find no mention of DUY plugs on the Digi site. certainly not if I follow the above link that you've provided.

-And the DUY site says NOTHING about Digi distribution. they in fact have an upgrade-path and payment system in-place on their site. (only they aren't responding to it.)

If these plugins are available from digi, then WHERE are they available?

I am SERIOUSLY losing money right now.

If I have to deal with Digi to get these HD plugins, and there is no downlaod, someone should have mentioned this BEFORE I upgraded, don't you think?

This is a VERY, VERY bad situation.
