Default HELP! Fall Creators Update crashed my 11.3.2 system

Is Fall Creators Update Win10 64 working for you with PT HDN 11.3.2? (This is a PT Native HD System with 16x16 Analog)

I guess what I am asking is how to do a workaround to get PTHD 11.3.2 up and running on the Fall Creators Update VS of MS WIN10 64 1709

Has anyone had the same issue?
Fall Creators Update rolled out in the middle of the night and i'm stuck with it for good this time.
PT is not happy and machine seems altogether unstable.
Tried all remedies to stabilize..
Tried a rollback to previous OS and it nuked my OS and now I am at the point of reimaging the OS.
BTW this is the 3rd rollback and the first couple worked out ok even though it was sketchy.
Yes, I know better but it did ok..
MS will not let me download a copy of Win10 1607 which was stable.
This may be a matter of a clean OS install but I would like some input from others.
If I bring in my backup, Win 10 will auto upgrade it mercilessly again..

Thanks!

Go back to when it worked and pull the Internet connection. No update possible. Sneakernet any updates you need from another computer.

Weed,

Please elaborate on what you know.
I had a hunch that it was the case too.

Have you trashed the prefs, and then retried?

Do you have Win10PRO?

Sorry I don’t actually run PT11 - but PT12.5.1 ran great with Win10 v1709

WIN PRO64 V1709 is crashing the Hardware (Computer).
Runs for 10 minutes then freezes.
I am unsure if theres a known hardware incompatibility.
Exhausting because I will need to replace my whole system to recover from this if I can not track it down.
It all ran sweet on V1607.
any guesses?

If you have an image of when the computer worked - ie. before the update - roll back to that. Then turn off Wi-Fi and/or unplug the RJ45 cable from your computer so there is no possibility of the computer updating. When you want to update anything other than Windows, use another computer to download the update/upgrade/program, put it on a USB stick, and "sneakernet" it to your PT computer.

Yeah that’s what I kinda wanted to say also,

You have the Pro version

Disable update services

Or get another telemetry program that cancels the out/in paths to MS Update

Did the update overwrite NIC and system device drivers?

I am pretty sure it did.
Task Manager wont even pop up on C A D, Settings tab is unavailable and the OS is flat busted. No Internet.

1709 has been out awhile, you might check ASUSs website and see if there are updates for your mobo/System
