Default Re: Mic Level and high Latency issues PT10 Mbox 3

Ok latest update..
I have now tested 3 different mics/cables and there's no difference in the input level.

I tried plugging my ipod into the front 1/4" 'guitar' inputs. Signal is coming into the mbox control panel but just as weak as it was w the mic input.
I plugged the ipod into the back xlr/trs/1/4" inputs and got the same weak signal. but now the gain knobs ARE effecting the level.

I've tested my PT w a friends mbox2 (downloading the correct drivers first) and it did the same thing; very weak levels. I really dont want to buy a new mbox unless i know that the problem is with my unit.

This is so strange. Im by no means a pt pro but i am competent and i've used the system for years. Any help is greatly appreciated.
