Default Updating plug ins

What is the most efficient way to make sure all my plug ins are updated? Do I have to search around avid site and /or the plug in developers' sites for each individual one? Or, is there an update function or automatic update service from within the PT software?

I have LE 8.0.4 and would like to make sure all my plugins are fully up to date for my crossgrade to PT9. I have the factory bundle plug ins, lots of McDSP stuff, TL Space, etc.
