Cloud Collaboration Delays - No Where to Complain

I bought PT12 strictly for Cloud Collaboration in February because a sales associate at Sweetwater told me that this feature would be available in March. Its September now and still no CC. I feel ripped off by AVID because they were advertising this feature as part of PT12 and it's not out. I would like to complain to someone at AVID but it doesn't seem like there is any way to contact them except using my 1 tech support call. I left PT on version 7 because of this type of stuff, and within 7 months of being back, I'm already fed up again.
