Why isn't PT12 recognizing MBOX Mini?
This is the strangest thing.
Every other application plays music through the MBOX mini to my speakers. PT12 is the only application that doesn't seem to recognize that I have the audio interface attached. I have installed the drivers twice and still PT12 is not seeing it. Any help is appreciated.

Step #1 would be to set the OS to NOT use the Mbox and see if PT will work then(and make sure the Mbox is the selected "audio engine" in Pro Tools>Setup>Hardware. If that makes PT work, there are a few ways of dealing with routing Windows sounds. What I would do; have the computer use the onboard sound card. Get a small(and cheap) mixer(Behringer, Alto) and feed outputs from the Mbox, and from the computer sound card to the mixer and feed the mixer outputs to your speakers

Does the interface show up as an option in the playback engine pull down menu? Does it not work if you select it? Do you get an error? What exactly happens? What exact driver version is installed? On what exact OS version?

I've played around with this a little more and still no luck.
