Default Audio Interface question

I just ordered my focusrite liquid saffire 56 and was wondering if i have to uninstall PT9 and download the drivers for the 56 and everything then reinstall PT9. Any advice would help!

You'll just need to download and install the latest version of MixControl and it will show up as a Playback Engine in Pro Tools. No need to uninstall Pro Tools.

Thanks for the help! So I would just install the two latest downloads from Focusrite for 56 on PC plug it in and i should be ready to go?! I hope so these things are usally more complicated then they need to be

Unless the setup is very different between PC and Mac, it should just work. When I got my Pro 40, that's all I did and it's been running smoothly ever since!
