Ramsa DA7 with Digi 001 and PT6.4 - HUI??
Hi all,
I've come across a RAMSA DA7 digital mixer and was wondering whether anyone knows whether it can be used as a HUI with PT6 on OSX 10.3.9 (Digi 001). Basically I'm looking to control the MIX faders in Pro Tools by using the faders on the RAMSA. I'm aware that via Light Pipe I can use the Preamps and Inputs on the Ramsa but I'm particulary interested in being able to use the faders to adjust the Pro Tools mix - anyone know if it's possible? Any help would be cool. Thanks

I had that DA7.. with a MixPlus TDM.. and although I never did set up as interface, there was a way to do it...a custom made serial port (old 8 pin)cable. I used to have the wiring diagram for it.. might have been software too. This was on a G4 TDM 6.4.1 I think.
