Default Delay Compensation on Master Fader

I am just getting back into PT after a short break with Samplitude. I have a PT HD2 system with 7.2 software. Most of the time I mix with several plug-ins on the master fader. Just wondering if it makes sense to disable delay compensation for the master fader only?? The delay compensation for the master fader would be around 4000 samples, and would exceed the short delay compensation setting. I have delay compensation enabled for all other tracks. Does this make sense or am I missing something??
Also, I usually have about 3 auxes setup. I have noticed that the delay compensation for my aux sends are very low (aux 1 is TL Space - 3 samples, aux 2 is Rverb - 3 samples, aux 3 is slap dly - 3 samples). Is this normal?
Just trying to make sure that my mix is delay compensated properly.
Thanks.

Default Re: Delay Compensation on Master Fader

you could set the delay compensation to LONG instead of having it set to short...Also you could delay it manually either on the fader or with a short delay(this is cool if u only use like 4 or 8 master outs
