Default 6.7cs5 - Zoom In - Flashing Beach Ball

Greetings PT Junkies,

-----------
System:
g5 2 X 2Ghz
2.5 gig RAM
OSX 10.3.7
PT 6.7cs5
HD3 Accel
-----------

When using the Zoom tool (APPLE + E) a spinning beach ball will appear - requires a 'force quit.'

This occured before I upgraded to OSX 10.3.7 (from 10.3.2) and from PT 6.7cs1 to 6.7cs5. Upgrading OSX and PT was what I had hoped would fix the bug. I have also tried the old trashing prefs, digi databases, etc. Repaired permissions and ran the UNIX daily, weekly, monthly tasks. Also tried tuning off Quartz Extreme.

Anyone else having this problem, and more importantly have any of those people found a fix for this????

Any help much appreciated!

Michael.
