Default Pro Tools 22.7.0.105

This morning Avid Link on both my MAC and PC rigs indicated that there was a new version of Pro Tools to be installed--Pro Tools 2022.7. Except that I already had 2022.7 installed on both rigs. Just out of curiosity (and since I rarely actually use Pro Tools on my PC), I let Avid Link install the update--which it did. Then I opened Pro Tools on my PC and it opened fine, and indicated on the splash screen that I've opened 2022.7.0 (same as before the update)--yet Avid Link now says that I have 2022.7.1 installed on my PC, which seems pretty strange; and when I look around the web and Avid's web site, I see no indication that 2022.7.1 exists (nor what bug fixes it might have solved, etc.). Anyone have a clue about this?

Avid Link's version is 2022.7.1, is that what you're seeing? Or maybe that PT update is coming and Avid Link is time traveling.

You're right--my mistake just now--Avid Link is 2022.7.1, which is fine. It's still odd though that Avid Link thought that I had an update to Pro Tools available, which it ran on my PC, when it still ends up as 2022.7.0. And Avid link on my Mac still says that there's an Update available to Pro Tools--but I'm not going to bother to run it there until it tells me that there's a version past 2022.7.0.

Same thing here on both our iMacs. We updated to Avid Link 22.7.1 a few days ago but today, Avid Link is reporting that there is a new version of Pro Tools Studio..22.7.0 which is what we were already running. Interesting, when I read the release notes (followed the link in Avid Link to the release notes) it appears to be different release notes than those originally posted for 22.7.0. Perhaps this is 22.7.1 but the numbering is messed-up?

Can anyone explain this new oddity (screenshot attached): today (both before and after the Link reinstall) it says there's an update for PT to 2022.7, but that's the version I'm already on?

Thanks, I also mentioned both issues (2022.7.1 Link installation failing and 2022.7 PT duplicate update) in a support ticket.

I noticed it as well.
Installed the update and looked at the info in the app file. The new one says 22.7.0.105 (July 25, 2022) and the old one said 22.7.0.104 (July 22, 2022).

The meter issue with expanded sends view still exists though.

It does seem that it's installing a newer version, even if the "newer" part is yet to be defined. Too subtle to merit a public announcement I suppose.
