Default Waves Delay (SuperTap) not available in 96K?

I tried creating a 96k session with LE 6.4CS9 on my 002R and noticed that the Waves SuperTap delay plugin (either 2 or 6 taps) is not available in this mode. It is definitely available when I create a session in 44.1K mode. I use Waves Gold version 4.0. All other Waves plugins seem available. I tried both display modes with and without the plugin folders (which doesn't work very well to begin with).
Is anyone able to use SuperTap in 96K?

You're right, several of Waves' plugins are not available over 48Khz. Not very well advertized either. MondoMod, Enigma are two more you'll find missing if I recall. There are more.

Total bummer, I was looking forward to moving to 96k. But with no delay... just can't... hell

no delay? I'm pretty sure the Digirack delay works at 96K. Sure, it's not as fancy, but do you really require fancy on hi-fi 96k stuff? Conversely, do you really need 96k for highly effected stuff?

There's still plenty of debate on the merits of 96k...

Unless you are doing DVDA work, 48Khz is plenty and much easier on disk space. Your system will remain more interactive also. 96Khz plugs take a lot more CPU. I started playing with 96Khz like you, and found no positives but plenty of negatives.

I still prefer my Lexicon outboards for reverbs and delays. Dedicated processors seem to sound so much less digital. Lexicon also has some wonderful stereo algorythms for delays (and reverbs). Even a 20 year old LXP-1 (~$75-)kicks SuperTap's butt; LXP-5 kicks any pitch shifting tool I've found in Waves or PTLE. The MPX550 has 48Khz SPDIF if you want to keep a digital chain and goes for ~$350- on eBay. I use the MPX-1 with a D/A~A/D chain straigh to a Masterlink with all the effects dialed into the MPX-1. Then a backup CD (24bit/48Khz AIFF) from the Masterink goes back into PTLE where I do the mastering. Once mastered, I send the mastered session back into the Masterlink digitally.

I wasn't asking to be lectured about 96k versus 48 or 44.1 really... I have my reasons to use 96k and don't need to be reminded to not do so.
My question was about the Waves MultiTap delay. I indeed know that Digirack is available, and I've used it in 96k, but it's just not as good as Waves.
I'm contacting Waves directly.
