Default Avid and Pro Tools | Carbon Track Presets reinstall on launch

I do not want Track Presets from Avid or for Pro Tools | Carbon.

One way that I access some of my track presets quickly, is that after I pull up the Track Presets Menu, I use the hotkeys from the bottom up to get "Cmnd - Up" to quickly cycle to presets I use. Because of my numbering system with Track Preset folders I have made, it works great if I delete the track presets I don't want so that I don't have to cycle through all of those folders.

Picture of my folders

Unfortunately, every time I restart Pro Tools, all of the default track presets for Avid and Pro Tools | Carbon get restored back into the folder.

Is this possible to not have this happen?

This is the old trick to get rid of auto-installing plugins when Pro Tools opens and it'll work for this to.

Find your Pro Tools application in Application, right click and select "Show package contents" then enter the Contents folder. You'll notice folders in there structured like the macOS folders. Find the presets in there and delete them.

Then just close that finder window that you did the show package contents.
Delete the ones that were auto created last.
Open Pro Tools and you'll see the presets won't have been recreated.

(You'll find all the other presets, default i/o setups, Avid plugins, etc in the Package contents. Things like i/o setups can be deleted but don't get too aggressive and delete something critical like the the mixer plugin. At worse, you'll have to reinstall the Pro Tools app to restore it back)

This method didnt seem to work for me. I dont see any of the track presets in the "contents" folder. I see icon files and all sorts of files, but no track presets.
