D Control firmware update ??

Hey
Trying to reset the firmware on my D Control but having issues.
I keep getting a message Main section has FW version x10.0.0.0 which does not match the current version v10.0.0.0.
The main reason for this FW update is to try address the focus fader not working. I am sure this is related as when i updated the fader packs they work fine
