Core Audio Driver on OS 9.2.2
Hy guys,
I'm running ProTools 5.3.1 on MAC G4 OS 9.2.2 and I would hear application like Quicktime, or Reason 2.5, or Apple cd player thrugh my 192 I/O.... in Digi site I found only Core Audio Driver for OS X, but I need it for Os 9.2.2..... where I can found it??? And whitch version I need?? Thanks |

Core Audio is an OS X only function. However, for OS 9, you'll need to have the Direct I/O extension and the Digidesign Control Panel enabled in order for your Digi hardware to be an option in the sound control panel. Those are both included on the 5.3.1 CD that came with you system. I couldn't locate the 5.3.1 versions in the downloads section, but then again, i spent 45 seconds looking. Maybe you'd want to make a harder search
