Default Compare channel to one from another session?

Is there a way to compare settings from a channel (inserts, sends, level, etc.) to a channel in another session without importing that channel into your session?

Alternatively, can you export settings from a session as a CSV or Excel file?

i.e. it would list every channel with the send and insert levels, pre/post, etc.
