Student purchase included 4yrs of releases never got Pro Tools 12

Hello,

I still don't seem to have any upgrade in my avid account for PT12. I found my registration email for the PT10 Free Student Upgrade and it is dated 23rd Aug 2012.

Any help would be appreciated.
