M-Audio Code 61 Setup In Pro Tools 11

I just bought the M-Audio Code 61 Keyboard and I cant seem to get the Transpose, Faders, or Knobs to connect to my Pro Tools. I don't know which settings to select when I click on the drop down menu for MIDI Controls under peripherals to make the keyboard fully recognized.

I hope someone could help me with a step-by-step on how to do so, it would be greatly appreciated.

I've tried the setup in the link you sent me, the only problem is when I go to peripherals and click on the drop-down menus ("Receive From" and "Send To")
the selections that show up do not include what the instructions in the link include.

I was thinking maybe it had something to do with "Machine Control" as well? Just a thought.

I hope there's a solution that isn't too time consuming, I appreciate the response.
