Re: 12.5 was running great for 4 hours?
Loading times fine here so far, Win 7 Pro.
My guess would be a VI issue. Most of those with the biggest problems in 12.4 seemed to be those using a lot of VIs. My main session just has a single instance of Kontakt 5 in it with everything else audio-only, and is fine. If you have the time and patience, might be worth doing some tests loading dummy projects with various VIs in and out.

Re: 12.5 was running great for 4 hours?
Yea I got a lot of VIs installed ... the list is in my signature ... but what would that mean ?? I have to stop using those VIs ?? I am growing tired with Pro Tools quite honestly and when it comes to making music Logic is the way to go ! no hiccups

Re: 12.5 was running great for 4 hours?
12.5 is running really, really well for me.
Did a clean install (manually removed relevant PT files), restarted, installed, restarted... A couple of things which have been irritating for me in 12, appear to be resolved in 12.5: On opening a session, I used to get a spinning wheel of death for about 30 seconds, and PT was completely unresponsive. I was never really sure what PT was actually doing in this time... This seems totally fixed. Additionally, exporting a file used to also cause a spinning wheel... Export seems really very quick now and there's no hanging. So far all very positive.
