Default Renewal problem

Renewed my Pro Tools Ultimate subscription this morning. The renewal is showing up in my account and the expiration date is extended but the renewal is not showing up in my ilok account where the old expiration date appears. Can someone advise as to how I get the renewed license into my ilok account? Thanks!

Thanks for renewing!

I think you might be referring to the Pro Tools HD Plan license. If so, this is normal. I believe that should renew while you are waiting for the Complete Plug-In Bundle. I did check the Release Limit date on your Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual Bundle (seen using Show Details for the license/bundle in iLM) and that has been pushed out another year.

Thanks for your help, Jeffro. I really do appreciate it but I have to say, this stuff has gotten so completely convoluted and difficult to understand that my head is spinning.

We hear you loud and clear. Too many similar names, which is part of the reason for re-branding (HD to Ultimate) and swapping the Complete Plug-In Bundle in for the Pro Tools HD Plan license.

My expiration date shows 1st April 2019 in my Avid account and also on iLM, but when I try launching PT 2018.4 Ultimate, it asks me to ACTIVATE, but when I click and login with my iLok user name and says: "You don't have any licenses in your account..." and the only option that I can click on is Quit. I tried the Refresh thing (in iLok License Manager), but to no avail.

What should I do?

Wasn't deleted. There has been some posts disappering after the forum maintenance and most are back but a few of the posts made thursday and friday may be gone. No one has deleted ay posts on purpose. Sorry for the troubles and hopefully the last of the issues has passed by now.

My renewals took over 4 days to apply on iLok.

Most of them also needed a manual refresh, by me, on the info screen for that authorization.
