Where's "write switches to touch... in PT6.9?

I recently noticed, after installing 6.9, that the automation doesn't behave like it used to. After my first 'write' pass all channels go to 'auto latch' instead of 'auto touch' and I don't see an option to change this like I had in PT 6.7. What gives?

I don't know the answer to that, sorry but you could help me with a PT 6.7, 6.9 question.

Would you advise me to upgrade to 6.9, What are the practical advantages of 6.9?
I know if it ain't broke don't fix it but just wondering what i'm missing out on. Can you still run the same number of plugins/track count etc?????

Just one more thing, how do you write pass to all channels?

Please read the 'What's new in Pro Tools 6.9' document that was installed with that update, as there were some significant changes made to automation.
