Select area of audio in between markers
I am trying to figure out how to make a selection in a region using markers.
I have placed 2 markers, one at the beginning of the area I want to select and one at the end. I know that if I click just to the left of the first marker in the Markers lane and then press tab, the playhead jumps to the first marker. If I then press Shift+Tab, the area in between the 2 markers gets selected but only in the Markers lane. I need the selection to be in regions area. Any help is appreciated.

Open the MEMORY LOCATIONS window. Select the tracks you want on the left of the edit window where the record, input, etc. buttons are. Hit MARKER 1 in the MEMORY LOCATIONS window, hold down SHIFT and hit MARKER 2.
