Default workspace browser wrong loop speed interpretation

When auditioning loops with the ''Audition files conform to tempo session'' button turned on within the workspace browser i notice sometimes PT interpret the wrong loop's speed, for example it sees a 2 bar loop as 4, is there a way to manually change it ? Thx

SOMEONE please shed some light (AVID!?). There has to be an easy way to tell the workspace browser to audition a file at 2x tempo or THE CORRECT TEMPO!

when the loop is calculated wrong theres basically nothing i know of to do.. I simply move on.. or if I THINK it may work. I bring it in and deal with it manually to see if it works for that I'm looking for.

not sure there is any other way. There are fields that calculate the length in bars so, maybe if you know that info you can click into that field to override its own incorrect calculation, but I am not really sure.

check the reference guide regarding workspace maybe there is more info in there than i have

I would think it should be that simple, but I can't find a way to manipulate the metadata fields. Often it would just be a matter of forcing it to see a 2 bar loop as a 1 bar loop. Should be easy.
