Error 1303 Installing Pro Tools 12

Hello,

I've just set up a brand new computer to run my eleven rack and Pro tools 12.
The OS is Windows 7 and I was able to install Pro Tools 10.3.9 however I've been unsuccesfull so far at installing Pro Tools 12 which came along as well in the bundle and is the reason I upgrated my whole system in the first place, so as to take full advantage of my 64bits system.
The error I'm getting is a 1303, it seems it is a privileges related issue however I am runing this brand new set up as administrator so I should have full control.
Anyway I have not been able to read about this in other thread ( I also search for Pro Tools 11 related issues ) which is why I'm posting here and I would be very gratefull to anyone who could provide me with some input.
