MPC Beats, Mpk Mini / Octopad Midi controllers
I am using MPC Beats as a plugin and can't figure out how at one point I had both an Mpk mini as well as a Roland Octopad connected and able to trigger pads/notes in the mpc beats plugin. when i close PT, I can open mpc beats stand alone and the mpk mini controller works but not octopad. I feel like a certain powerup sequence or something made it work but I cant seem to find it.
all controllers are checked as midi devices, when i open a midi track in pt and record enable, both mpk mini and octopad trigger levels being received in the midi track, and output is assigned to Mpc beats, etc - can't get mpc beats to receive mpk pad triggers or octopad triggers. has anyone had luck with a similar setup?
