Question Odd plug-in problem VENUE

Hi folks,
It's my first time posting here.

I've come across an odd problem. One I've never encountered and possibly I'm doing something wrong.

I've installed my McDSP plug-ins (which I've done many times before) all are current v5.

VENUE software 3.0.0.315

SC-48

Problem is they're active in the system plug-in installs. Cool.
Not visible at all in the plug-in rack anywhere????

I've restarted. Disabled the plugs, reinitiated and even re-installed. Zilch.

Has anyone come across this or would they know a solution??

Obviously not always the same desks I've installed this on, with luck, in the past. SC-48 or Profile has been fine in the past.

Cheers for any help,

Regards, Matthew.

Hi,
Matthew.
I had the same issue when I started using ML4000, a friend had already had the same problem and McDSP's support came up with the solution:
You have to reinstall the iLok driver ( http://sw.ilok.com/DriverSetup.exe ), put your Venue in config mode, shutdown while holding the Control key, find your flash drive, double click DriverSetup.exe, agree to every message and it will work.
Good luck.
Regards,
MJ

I am having the same problem as mbm1987 except on a Venue D-Show. Mariojorgeandrade, I tried the iLok driver reinstall and I am still getting the problem. It is showing up in Options>PlugIns>Installed PlugIns but it is not showing up in the plugin rack anywhere! Any other ideas or has this worked for anyone?

Thanks,

Preston
