Noise Blast in PT 12.5 repeatable with steps and Session to download

A fix for this is currently in test. I checked the latest build myself today and was unable to repro. (Also checked midnightrambler's report which was fixed in 12.5 just in case.)

Not fixed! 12.5HD here on Mac. Short noise blast upon pressing start/stop then silence until all aux tracks are deactivated and reactivated. Lots of automation on few aux tracks yes.
Maybe worth mentioning that one additional vocal track was recorded during this mix on same session and after that trouble started to happen.

Also getting sudden noise bursts. Using PT 12.5, OS X 10.10.5. Will report to support.

We are in the process of adding 12.5.1 to accounts now (you'll see announcements and updated KB articles in a bit) which includes a fix for this. It's listed as "Fixed an unexpected volume change that intermittently occurred when using non-HDX playback engines and starting playback from directly on top of a mute automation event" in the 12.5.1 Release Notes.

If you have a different set of circumstances or steps to reproduce the problem, and it's not fixed in 12.5.1, please start a new thread. Thanks!

tried my “noise blast” session

NO NOISE BLAST :)

hope its gone forever
