Well because all you have done in this thread was state you had an issue with the 11R and rant about the service charge. No mention was made of any troubleshooting steps you may or may not have taken. I wasn't trying to be mean when I said that but re installing PT, the drivers, double checking the setup and re-optimizing the system should only take an hour or two max and eliminate a lot of variables as to what the problem wasn't. And may have solved the issue in the process. So its a reasonable assumption that you had in fact done nothing.

Looks like Digi will get you sorted out. Please post back as to what the issue was.

After reading post after post of your complaining and bad mouthing Avid and the people on this forum trying to help you out I'm pretty convinced that your 11r just decided to kill itself rather than be around you. Just sayin.

I've called Avid in the past with an issue and I must say they had a remedy for me very quickly. You get what you pay for and to me it was money well spent.

So I am curious, after Avid support got involved was there anything interesting found? Did the eleven rack get returned for replacement?
