How do I get PT 6.4.1 with no Getting Started Guid
Hello.
I'm trying to get a TDM Mix system that i just purchased running on my dual G4 Mac that's running on OS 10.3. The Mix system was previously running on a Mac 9600. The trouble I'm having is in getting ahold of the pro tools 6.4.1 software. on the support page it states that the following are required to download it (or even an update to that version): Downloads Your Pro Tools TDM version 6.0, 6.1.x, 6.2.x, or 6.4.1 authorization code beginning with "DIGI06" is required to download, install, and authorize these updates. Your authorization code can be found in one of the following locations: * Inside the front cover of your Pro Tools 6.x Getting Started with MIX Guide * Inside the front cover of your Upgrading to Pro Tools 6.x or What's New in Pro Tools 6.x booklet included with updates and upgrades * On your DigiStore receipt or DigiStore order history (in the "your account" section) if you purchased a Pro Tools TDM 6.4.1 for MIX downloadable upgrade for either Mac or Windows. The previous owner has neither the Getting Started guide or any of the other documentation or discs. How can i get a copy of the PT 6.4.1 software? Thanks for any help in advance. -Collin |
