There's quite a bit more than just video engine fixes. You just have to work through them all; maybe none of the other fixes concern you but they are probably things people have been waiting for.

The above being said I'm going to wait and see how this works out for people before I give it a shot.

One good thing for us is that the Click II works as it should now.

And PT "feel" more stable and doesn't crash when saving or autosaving any longer so a few great things fixed for this release that have been mentioned here before So far So Good

Southside...did you use the download manager or just download it without it? It was horribly slow here, and I wonder if that had anything to do with it?

Never use the d/l manager. Way to slow and nags about Java all the time

It probably is a bit slow overall when many people downloads at the same time.

I have the installer in my PT "downloads" folder now. Hate to mess with it when everything works...

I've never had luck with Avid's download manager. Always did a manual download. Do we have to update the instruments as well or is it just the program itself?

Haven't seen any update for the instruments as of now.

11.1 is stil the latest
