Hello,
I have a valid support subscription for Pro Tools and bought two controllers from you just last week yet I only received a registration confirmation email for one of them and up till now, I am still unable to contact Avid support via the website despite having an active subscription with you. Is there a way for me to email support to get assistance with the products I just purchased from you, please?

It has been 17 days since my last post regarding this
