Default mixing rap & r&b songs in pro tools express

im still learning how to use pro tools but I was wondering. what is the best way to mix songs should I stack the hook 4 times and the verse 3 times? fOR R&b songs how do I really mix these type of songs and what plug ins would be best to use? please help me and explain in a simple way for me to understand.

What I normally do is use an aux track and set it to a compressor, limitor, or reverb, and you can send individual tracks to the auxiliary effect, it uses less computer memory than dubbing vocals over and over.
