Default No Input from Channels 17-20! Soooo Confused.

Hi Avid Friends!
I have an odd problem. Perhaps you can help me?
I'm running 20 Channels from my Audient ID44. I can see all the channel working and show signal via the Audient Mixer App. Happy Days.
In ProTools Artist, Channels 1 to 16 work perfectly. It's great! But even though I can select Channels 17 to 20, they show no signal. I can see signal on the Audient Mixer App, but nothing come through to ProTools....
Where has the signal gone? What is stopping ProTools from showing the signal of the final four channels.
As far as I'm aware, everything is set up Ok. All the other channels are working. I would LOVE to know if anyone has a fix for this strange strange problem I'm fancying.
Thank you all!
Adam

Might be a clocking issue.

https://support.audient.com/hc/en-us...-Digital-Setup

Or a driver issue. Do you have the latest driver installed?

If both of those check out then try deleting all inputs in Pro Tools and start fresh.

It’s hard to read your screen grabs. The resolution is too low or DUC has downgraded the pics.

@its2loud

Clocking is good. Firmware is up to date. Just tried creating a new project and starting again. I'm encountering the same problem. The Audient Mixer is seeing everything as it should. ProTools recognises Channels 17 to 20, yet there's no signal.

Just to clarify…

I suggested the windows driver, not firmware.
I suggested clearing the I/O in Pro Tools, not creating a new project.

I just realized you’re on Pro Tools Artist. This version is limited to only 16 inputs. It will show more in the I/O but only 16 are available to you.
