Some do. There's a TB3 Flex Port option on the Z2 mini. On the Z2 SFF there does not appear to be any TB options when configuring (though it does say there's a Flex I/O option available here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/documen...307-5973601-16). I have an older Z2 SFF with a TB3 port. Don't know why they'd remove that option from the newer SFF versions. The Z4, Z6 and Z8 have a TB3 add-in board available and may have Flex Port options ???

Maybe HP or Dell, etc. can be cheaper to buy but when you need to support all that piece of c...andy it becomes expensive.
