Default Help - dll file error message!

I've just installed Pro Tools LE on my Windows 98 OS machine and it won't launch. Keeps giving me an error message: Dll file not found - cfd.dll. When I do a file search for the file,it find the file in the Pro Tools directory. Anyone know what to do????

Pro Tools 5.0.1LE for windows 98SE relies
on a number of files installed by the wavedriver. Please go to the wave driver folder on the PT CD and follow the installastion instructions. This problem your seeing can happen if the Wavedriver is not installed properly or the old wavedriver was not removed (wd 1.3 or 1.5) Also under folder
options (on any folder) choose settings and "view all files" to find all files on your system. Make sure a device for the 001 is present under "sound video and game controllers" 001 and run the update drivers for that device, navigate to the Wavedriver folder and select the digidesignDALWDM.inf
and that will also install the driver.
