M-Audio Projectmix IO - "pro tools unable to communicate with hui"

I have very simple problem.

I had that problem two year ago - but then this link helped me and I solved it:

But now, this link doesn't work. I saved that link to remember how to fix this issue.

I had two Projectmix IO. One of them is in different studio now.

I connected another one to my PC and it works well with Pro Tools 10.

The problem is "pro tools unable to communicate with hui" error in Pro Tools.

In "peripherals" in Pro Tools I have no option to choose "ProjectMix Control Surface MIDI" in "Receive From" tab. I can choose only "2- ProjectMix External MIDI"

I use "legacy" firewire drivers with Texas Instruments chipset.

My system: Windows 7 sp1 (64bit).

I remember that solution from old link above fixed that problem.

Two years ago, when I had same problem, I had to change something in Windows control panel (it was multiple device problem, with two unique ID (in conflict?)...)

Please help me!

This link shows most of the steps:http://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare/...ro-tools-mode/ however, make sure you're selecting the Project Mix IO Control from the drop down list, not Project Mix IO External.

My Projectmix IO is in Pro Tools Mode.

But still the problem.

Two years ago I solved this problem by deleting previously device (the same Projectmix IO) somewhere in Windows... There ware a two long numbers (one belongs old interface, anather to new, connected one).

I forgot how to get there. In old m-audio support link was solution

Help! Any ideas?
