How to remove PT11 demo license

I have two demo licenses on my iLok since I was trying to access download links. It didn't say anywhere that they're going to contaminate my iLok account.

I accessed avid support with my ASC and the answer I got was "check iLok manual it says there how to remove licenses"

The only thing iLok manual states is how to deactivate licenses already on iLok.

I haven't even activated my two trial licenses so they're unactivated on my iLok account.

My full version of PT11 is activated and on iLok.


The only way I see to achieve this is create another iLok, transfer my PT11 license to that account and link it to my iLok dongle.


Gotta say, Avid support blows.

Hi,

You can move them off your ilok and back the ilok manager server!!

Ilok is the company that make the rules regarding moving and deleting licenses! although having them sitting on the ilok server isnt really an inconvienance as your ilok is free from them.
