Will this beast work?

To those of you in the know or have direct experience with a similar setup, I'd be very appreciative if you could offer your opinion. According to everything I've read, this should work.

Motherboard: IWILL P4R533 850E 533 FSB MB w/ audio & lan

CPU: PIV 2.53Ghz 533FSB

Memory: Kingston 512MB PC1066 Rambus Memory w/ Heat Spreader

Maxtor 80GB 7200 RPM ATA 133 (x2)

nVidia Geforce-4 Titanium TI4200

Windows XP Home or Professional? -not sure which is better....
