Default Pro Tools couldn't initialize...

Hello to all

I have a problem with Pro Tools 12.3.1 when I press play this message appears https://gyazo.com/eacbe6347d821961a3e639e002a42a37

I tried anything to solve this but I cant find any that works. Disconnecting and connecting the interface (Focusrite 2i4 2nd generation), turning off the PC. Sometimes I can work and sometimes I cant, I dont know why and never find a real solution on internet

Greetings!
Waiting for your help

Strictly speaking PT 12.3.1 isn't compatible with Windows 10. It might work with problems though. Another issue with any Windows machine is the USB ports are set by default to turn off after a while as a power savings measure - even on a desktop computer. Go into Windows Control Panel and Device Manager to turn off power savings measures for the USB ports. If you still need help with how to do that make Google your friend.

Then I'd lay it at the feet of running an incompatible system. Either go back to Win 7 if possible or update to PT 2020.

In the Sound menu in Control Panel, make sure that Windows is not using the Focusrite for itself but is set to use the PCs inbuilt audio.

This^^^^ and remember that sometimes, a Windows update will reset that and the USB Power Management randomly(happened twice here in the past year).
