Default Mac version of .bat file for deleting preferences?

When I used to run Pro Tools on PC, I had written a simple .bat file to trash PT preferences. It basically just deleted each of the folders from each of the locations.

I have no idea how to do the same thing on a Mac. Is this Applescript? How would I go about doing this?

It's on your install disc.

Try:

Mac OSX Automation Central

Apple Automator

Apple Script Editor

BTW, what is on the install disk?
