Making an audio file shorter / Destructive Record
If I want to make a stem longer for whatever reason, I will usually destructive punch into it and make it longer. Is there a way of doing this to make the stem shorter, without have to re-consolidate?

Re: Making an audio file shorter / Destructive Record
Only way I can thing of is selecting all stems, trim the all at once (S) then fade them all at once (G) then you'll have to highlight them all and consolidate all (shift alt 3).
Then they'll be in the audio files folder, or you can export them out from the timeline to another folder (shift contrl K) these are windows shortcuts, the modifier might be diff on a mac. |
