Anybody else experiencing this? This is with Eucon 2.71.

Edit: it seems to work sometimes, but then something happens and it displays the behavior above.
Sounds like you are in shift lock mode. There are two shift button on the surfaces, bottom left and bottom right, unlabeled. If they are lit you are in shift mode.

The actions you described are correct in that mode.

Actually, eucon usersets are located in:
library/application support/euphonix/usersets/mc2user/mc_user_set_root

This is the system library folder, not the user library folder. On Lion and above, to see this folder, you need to open a finder window, click the GO menu, and select "computer". Now you can browse your mac HD and browse to this location.

To copy the logic pro.xml file, you'll want to navigate to the SQRL folder that is in the euphonix folder. Then, copy the logic Pro.xml file. Now paste it into the
location at library/application support/euphonix/usersets/mc2user/mc_user_set_root

Now rename it to Logic Pro X.xml

Now load LPX and see if you have softkeys.

Hi - new here

I am having the same issue and did the fix as recommended. My LPX still does not read for soft keys. I am wondering if this is because I am using Eu Control 3.0.0, LPX 10.0.2, OS X 10.8.4

I would really like to have my soft keys back

Options?

Hi Again - lovin this forum.

Update - I did everything at described and gave up. Restarted the computer and "BAM" all soft keys are there in living color. Key was the restart. Something I just should have known, but didn't think about it.

Thanks Brian for your post on the work around.

I guess... This place is as quiet as could be, and the "broadcast of assurance" sticky is gone.
