Tempo Changes - URGENT HELP NEEDED
Can someone explain to me how to adjust the tempo of audio tracks. In DP I just do an adjust soundbites to sequence tempo after setting a tempo on the soundbite and then changing to a different tempo in the transport bar for the entire sequence.
I need to explain this to someone over the phone for a session that is being prepared in a different state so that all is ready when I go to mix in a couple of days so any and all help is greatly appreciated. To sum up, all I need to do is change the tempo on audio files that have already been recorded to a different tempo (only 2-3 bpm slower). Thanks in advance for any responses. |

Re: Tempo Changes - URGENT HELP NEEDED
The question is.. do you want to change tempo and maintain pitch.. or just change tempo?

Re: Tempo Changes - URGENT HELP NEEDED
change tempo and maintain pitch. It need to sound absolutely identical except 3bpm slower. I know I can do it with pitch in time from serato but I was wondering if there's a better way than that.
