Avid Link won’t install PT updates

Hi all- ever since I purchased a new machine and a fresh copy of ProTools studio I have been having issues with Avid Link.

I wasn’t able to get the PT application to download properly through it when I first got the computer, nor can I get any updates. 2022.6 update is stuck at “installing” and “1st Queued”.

This happened on Monterey 12.2 as well as 12.4

I’ve cleared the cache and Avid Link is up to date.

Would love any help!! Thanks.
