IMO Pitch n Time really does it better most of the time. Sometimes I use TCE too and have good results depending of the program.

I may be remembering incorrectly, but I thought Radius was the DSP algorithm used by Avid. The difference in performance comes down to settings that are inaccessible to the user in Pro Tools.

it's looking like I'm going to have to bite the PnT bullet. I thought the days of paying $800 for 1 plugin were long past...
